A. Each scanner will use 1 color box, 10 boxs per a carton. Doube protect when shipping.
Wooden packing is accept if Customer's requirement, the cost will be on buyer side.
Q4. The goods arrived, but it is broken, how to do?
A. First, you need to check the carton box if any big damage, you can ask to open the bos when deliver, then taking the pictures for goods, box, save the packing box to report the damager with express.
